Bloomin' Festival - Bloomin' Festival is a two day juried arts festival attracting thousands of visitors to the beautiful campus of St. Bernard Abbey and Prep School. Located adjacent to the school is the world famous Ave Maria Grotto. The picturesque landscape of stone cut buildings on the grounds of Alabama's only Abbey provides a backdrop for the out-of-doors show. More than 140 booths are filled with artists demonstrating and exhibiting their work. The festival is the largest fundraiser annually for the operation and maintenance of the school. Annual Lynnville Blackberry Trail - event will take place in and around Lynnville, Cornersville, Pulaski, and Lewisburg, TN. The third weekend in July, featuring blackberry-related products, vendors, and music. Each business will sponsor its own selection of vendors and/or musical entertainment. Varnell, GA Prater's Mill - One of the Southeast region’s most visited Fall event is the Prater’s Mill Country Fair. A family-friendly jaunt through history, the festival is centered around the old water-powered, still-operating gristmill which was established in 1855 to grind wheat into flour and corn into meal. Ketner's Mill - In Whitwell, TN this fair supports the preservation of the historic Ketner's Mill. With the working water-powered mill as its center piece, the fair showcases quality crafts, mule-drawn wagon rides and canoeing on the Sequatchie River. Or you can watch crafters work and see sorghum molasses being made. This one is a great time for the whole family. __________________
